Our office is in Cary, NC. Our firm is a member of the Cary Chamber of commerce. Our founder, Scott Harvey has been working in the IT industry since 1990. Scott has been the lead technical instructor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on numerous projects at IBM and Nortel including computer and network integration, training and courseware development. He has attained certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Nortel, Network Associates, and CompTia.

Scott’s training participants are some of the IT industry’s most advanced from Fortune 500 and government agencies including IBM, Nortel, Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Marriott, Wachovia, Center for Naval Analysis, NOAA, CIA, FBI, DOD, US Airforce, US Coastguard, and many others.

Scott’s passion- and the company’s primary focus is making IT solutions work for small companies. According to Scott “In large companies, it can take a long time to see results. With a small company, we can see an immediate improvement in day-to-day efficiency of employees, and the business owner can see immediate value for resources spent.
